Salary Range: $63,708.00

Job Summary

Provides leadership and direction for institutional research effectiveness, and strategic planning functions.

Job Duties:

-Lead institutional effectiveness initiatives by overseeing the college’s strategic planning, unit planning, and academic program and course assessment processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the college’s mission, goals, and accreditation standards.
-Serve as the Accreditation Liaison to SACSCOC, managing accreditation compliance, reporting, and reaffirmation processes while providing guidance on accreditation-related policies and procedures.
-Provide data and support to institutional leaders by analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic initiatives, program effectiveness, and institutional priorities for informed decision making.
-Oversee the preparation and submission of state, federal, and accrediting agency compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
-Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to integrate planning, assessment, and accreditation activities into a cohesive institutional effectiveness framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
-Develop and maintain data instruments, software, and integrity measures necessary to collect, manage, and report official college data. Ensure accurate storage of demographic, enrollment, and assessment data for internal and external reporting to state, federal, and accrediting agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Eight (8) years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills Requested:

Leadership, Data Analysis, Collaboration, Communication, Project Management, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
