Job Summary

General office and customer service duties in support of the SKYCTC Math/Science & Arts/Humanities Department.

This position is on the Main Campus, located at 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Anticipated employment is August 2025 - May 2026, subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Job Duties:

This position will assist with clerical duties such as the following:

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct office

• Checking campus mail and delivering to the appropriate offices

• Answering phones and taking messages

• Filing, copying, and scanning documents

• Assisting with event preparation

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

Submits a completed, current year FAFSA to SKYCTC
• Is a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
• Is credential-seeking in a SKYCTC program of study
• Maintains a GPA of 2.0 or higher and makes Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Maintains enrollment in 6 or more program-applicable credit hours
• Has “unmet need” in the financial aid budget to allow for a federal work-study award
• Consents to state and national pre-employment background checks, per Kentucky State Law
