We are currently accepting applications for a Student Records Specialist II.

Job Duties:

Duties and Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Complete paper and electronic Admission/Records requests
• Manage and maintain data for selective admission programs
• Assist with customer service at the Welcome Center front desk
• Respond to email inquiries on a daily basis
• Process student schedule adjustments/cancellations due to administrative requests such as no shows, non-payment, etc.
• Assist with completion and processing of Admission applications
• Utilize Trello software to track Admission applicants
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

The qualified applicant will have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of related experience. Must has excellent customer service skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
