Title: Anatomy and Physiology Instructor

Salary Range: $40,980.00

Contract Term Length: 10 Months

Standard Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Anatomy and Physiology instructor.

Job Duties:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Teaching approximately 15 credit hours per semester. Classes will be face-to-face and online.
• Maintaining weekly office hours
• Advising Students
• Participating on college or system committees

A successful ACTC faculty member will exhibit the following

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in biology, including graduate coursework associated with teaching anatomy and physiology, or a master’s degree in a related discipline with 18 graduate hours in biology, including graduate hours associated with teaching anatomy and physiology.


 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer a candidate with a minimum of two years of teaching experience with face-to-face and/or online modalities and experience with a learning management system (Blackboard or similar LMS) and other instructional technology.

 

This is a ten-month term contract position.
