Job Summary

Big Sandy Community and Technical College is accepting applications for a Data Entry & Reporting Analyst (Sales and Services Specialist II). This grant funded position will support the Workforce Solutions Fast Track Academy under the SOAR EKY Runway initiative by ensuring accurate enrollment data entry, data integrity, and comprehensive reporting. This position is responsible for managing student enrollment data within the Salesforce platform, generating required reports, analyzing project performance metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The Analyst works collaboratively with the Project Navigator and Director of Workforce Solutions to ensure compliance with grant requirements, provide timely stakeholder reporting, and maintain accurate financial and operational documentation.

Job Duties:

Enrollment Data Management
· Enter and maintain accurate student enrollment data within the Salesforce platform.
· Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness for all project participants.
· Monitor application status and enrollment records in collaboration with the Project
  Navigator.
· Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies.

Reporting & Data Analysis
· Develop and generate reports using Salesforce and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Produce recurring and ad hoc reports including but not limited to:
   o Total number of students enrolled
   o Number of students active within the project
   o Number of certifications earned
   o Identified barriers impacting student success
   o Completion and stop-out data
· Analyze trends and provide summary insights for Workforce Solutions leadership and SOAR stakeholders.
· Prepare data summaries for meetings, grant reporting, and strategic planning discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with the Project Navigator to ensure enrollment data reflects real-time student participation.
· Collaborate with the Director of Workforce Solutions to extract various levels of data from Salesforce for performance      evaluation and reporting.
· Support data preparation for SOAR EKY Runway meetings and required submissions.

Financial & Administrative Support
· Prepare and process BA50 purchase requisitions related to the project.
· Maintain documentation supporting financial transactions and procurement processes.
· Assist in coordinating recruitment events, employer/student engagement workshops, and SOAR meetings.
· Support event tracking and reporting outcomes as required.

Technology & Systems Utilization
· Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce data entry, reporting functions, and dashboard creation.
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
· Leverage AI applications to improve reporting efficiency, data organization, and workflow processes.
· Stay informed on system updates and recommend improvements to reporting processes.

Other Duties
· Office-based with occasional support at recruitment and employer engagement events.
· May require attendance at SOAR meetings and stakeholder gatherings.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, information systems, workforce development, or related field OR     equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
· Experience with data entry and database management.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with grant-funded projects or workforce initiatives.
· Experience in higher education or workforce development environments.
· Knowledge of reporting compliance requirements.
· Familiarity with AI applications and data automation tools.
