Job Summary

ECTC is seeking a service-oriented individual to provide frontline department support and quality customer service to current and prospective students. This position requires a detail-oriented, student-centered individual who can function as an integral part of the team to fulfill the duties necessary to contribute to ECTC.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Provide frontline assistance to Financial Aid current or prospective students and other visitors.
• Assists Financial Aid Director and Financial Aid Coordinators with processing as needed.
• Complete weekly data entry for third-party resources.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering the phone/social media, managing office supplies, updating     forms, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Processes data used to determine students’ eligibility for financial aid.
• Maintains student records and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications:

Position Requirements:
Education: Associate degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical or problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Proficient computer skills
