Job Summary

Somerset Community College is accepting applications for the Mgr IV - Student Support - Director of Enrollment Management position. The Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for the overall functions of enrollment management.

Job Duties:

•Manages the daily operations of the Enrollment Management department including admissions, recruitment, financial aid, call center, and advising.

•Oversees dual credit department.

•Serves as the central point of contact and provide leadership and direction for institutional enrollment management efforts.

•Assumes a leadership role in the development, implementation and assessment of a comprehensive recruitment and strategic enrollment management plan.

•Works collaboratively with internal and external College stakeholders to develop and execute enrollment strategies.

•Works with Marketing to create publications and information related to strategic enrollment management efforts.

•Manages the departmental budgets for the areas of responsibility.

•Serves on various campus-wide and system office committees and work groups.

•Represents the College in community and professional functions.

•Participates in continuing professional development to maintain current knowledge of national trends.

•Actively participates in KCTCS enrollment management initiatives.

•Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Business, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience or equivalent. Must include at least three years of supervisory experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related field and five years of related experience or equivalent. Must include at least three years of supervisory experience. Experience in higher education enrollment management at institutional level. Ability to demonstrate experience with and understanding of enrollment related data.
