Job Summary

Provide support to SKYCTC's TRIO Programs. *Must be a current SKYCTC student*

This position is on the Main Campus, located at 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Anticipated employment is August 2026 - December 2026, subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Job Duties:

Student Outreach, Assist with New Student Orientations, Computer Lab, General Office Duties, Data Entry, run errands.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Be enrolled in at least 6 hours for the spring and fall semesters.
  • Maintain a 2.0 gpa.
  • Declare a major.
  • Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Time Frame (MTF) requirements each semester.
  • Have a completed FAFSA on file.
  • Have enough unmet need remaining in budget for the current year.
  • Kentucky State Law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.

  • Able to work well with supervisor and others.

The assistant shall also support the SVP, External Affairs in collecting and preparing documents for Board Meetings, President’s Leadership Team meetings, Executive Leadership Team meetings, and legislative meetings. The assistant will work collaboratively with the Senior Executive Administrator to the President and the Executive Assistants for the Executive Vice President and Provost and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
