Salary Range: $640.00 per credit hour

Job Summary

Adjunct Faculty is needed to teach 100 and 200 level HIS courses online and at all Jefferson Community and Technical College Campuses. This includes, but is not limited to, survey courses in American, World, and European history.

Job Duties:

This position requires professionalism and good communication skills, including providing feedback and maintaining regular communication with students, within a reasonable period, outside of the classroom.

Please note that this is an adjunct pool position. We will only contact applicants as needed for classes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree with minimum of 18 graduate hours in History.  

Preferred Qualifications:

M.A. or higher in History, familiarity with community colleges and their mission is a plus.
