Part-time Temporary staff Adult Education Administrative Assistant for the BCTC Fayette County Adult Education program.
Hours per Week: 6.5 hours Days per Week: 2 Working Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Contract Date: Through June 30, 2023 (continued employment is based on available grant funds) Salary: $13.00 per hour

Job Duties:
• Performs routine office duties including but not limited to: o Answers phone, organizes appointments using appointment software o Operates office machines such as a copier, calculator, computer, or audio-visual equipment o Opens, sorts, prepares, sends, and distributes mail • Functions as a teacher assistant preparing student folders, maintaining records, and making copies • Inputs and facilitates data into the Kentucky Adult Education Reporting System • Unlock/secure building • Supports ethnically diverse student populations • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum HS diploma or GED credential
