Job Summary

WKCTC is a comprehensive community college that provides excellence in teaching a learning, promotes student success, and supports economic development.
Job Duties:
- Serves as administrative assistant support to 38 full-time faculty members. This includes syllabi and required posting for Academic Affairs.
- Serve as recording secretary at meetings, collaborates with the Dean in business office procedures related to budget and inventory control of office and educations resources for program needs.
- Facilitates, in collaboration with program coordinators, selective admission processes and provides program and curriculum information to prospective students.
- Assist with Health Science building operations.
- Collaboration with program faulty in program admission requirements, accreditation, and regulations standard's, revision of marketing/program website information, and recruiting prospective students.
- Supports the college strategic plan through entering confidential student data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree with 2-3 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous work experience to include a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
