Job Summary

Big Sandy Community & Technical College is seeking a Facilities Worker II to work primarily second shift at our the Mayo campus.

Job Duties:

• Maintains grounds to insure the proper time to care for plants, water, reseeds all
   landscape and grounds plantings such as grass, trees, shrubs and flowers.
• Maintains related landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment. Mows, weed-
  eats/edges, and removes snow utilizing mowing machines and other equipment.
• Order and pick up supplies as needed.
• Performs room set-up for events, assembles and delivers furniture, and moves and/or
   hauls equipment/furniture as needed.
• Includes custodial work as needed such as cleaning, disinfecting, floor
   maintenance, and trash disposal.
• Assists with routine maintenance on campus.
  May have to travel to assist at other campuses or work other shifts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 2 years Experience Preferred.
