Salary Range: $55,392 annually or $4,616 monthly

Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Job Summary

West Kentucky Community & Technical College is seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join our PJC Foundation team in Paducah, KY. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our students' educational journey through sound financial stewardship of foundation resources.

As a Finance Analyst, you'll oversee financial operations that directly support student scholarships, educational programs, and community initiatives. You'll work collaboratively with foundation board members, college leadership, and community partners to ensure transparent and effective management of donated funds.

Job Duties:

· Manage foundation accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
· Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for board review
· Coordinate scholarship disbursements and donor stewardship activities
· Maintain compliance with state regulations and foundation policies
· Support fundraising events and donor recognition programs
· Assist with grant applications and award management
· Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
· Minimum 3 years experience in finance or accounting
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
· Commitment to supporting educational access and student success
