Job Summary
The Student Records Assistant III is responsible for evaluating and processing a variety of academic transcripts, handling records requests and enrollment verifications, and supporting daily registration functions such as reviewing prerequisites and managing course changes. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of student information within the system, collaborates with faculty and advisors to maintain proper program records, and serves as a key resource for students and the Registrar. The position also requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards and careful handling of sensitive information.
Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
-Evaluates all incoming transcripts, including all college transcripts, military transcripts, and international transcripts and process outgoing transcripts.
- Process Records Request forms and Enrollment Verification forms.
- Performs routine registration functions such as: reviewing prerequisite requirements, processing class additions,
cancellations, and drops/withdrawals to ensure an effective and efficient process for students.
- Communicate with faculty and advisors to add dual majors to students accounts to ensure program applicability for financial aid purposes.
- Maintains accurate student records and information within the student information system.
- Supports students and the Registrar as an informational resource.
- Maintains confidential information and upholds registrar/records policies regarding confidential and sensitive
information, executing discretion on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills

- 3-4 years relevant experience working in an office environment
